Snyder said 30% of the IT department\u2019s staff are over the age of 60 and that many of them are set to retire. But the success of the projects led through the AI program have been so successful, he said, that the state has hired eight of the 12 students involved. \u201cSo not only is it helping us from an AI perspective, and an innovation perspective, we\u2019re also bringing in new workforce talent and invigorating the organization,\u201d Snyder said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed wp-embed-aspect-16-9\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"AI program &#039;invigorating&#039;
