State Chief Information Officer Denis Goulet says the project has included making all of the state\u2019s websites have the same look and feel and developing a business portal, a website that helps new businesses get all the permits and other documents they need. Goulet says that when the project was getting started, he visited many state agencies to explain how his office would determine success. \u201cThe number one concept I brought up was this idea that your ideas of whether your website\u2019s good or not don\u2019t matter. It\u2019s the constituents, the citizens, that\u2019s what matters,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube
